participants MUST have Insurance and/or Medical Care coverage?

All campers must carry their own medical insurance. Professional medical trainers will be on duty at all times at camp. Doctors are on constant call and hospital facilities are readily accessible. Because of the rigorous daily schedule, each camper should come to camp in excellent physical condition. Every conceivable effort is made to protect the camper's health and safety through the extensive training of our medical staff, constant inspection of equipment, and supervised instruction for campers. If a medical situation should arise, the cost for treatment of injuries and hospitalization for illness or injuries while attending the Flight School will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the participant. Any medical insurance carried by the parent or guardian may be used to defray such medical and hospital costs. The camp staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness. We will not accept a camper with pre-existing medical conditions unless we have been notified of such prior to registration. Please ensure all medical information is completed on the camp application. Campers will not be admitted to camp without proper insurance information and signature of a parent or guardian on file. Should a camper require any special medical attention or is required to take any medications, the camp director requires that you document such needs prior to the first day of camp. Please attach any medical information to your camp application.
